Return Policy

At Basundhara Nursery, we are committed to providing you with high-quality plants and products. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please review our return policy below.

  1. Plant Returns
  • Health Guarantee: We take great care in selecting and growing our plants to ensure they are healthy when they reach you. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damaged plant, packaging, and delivery information. We will either issue a refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference and availability of the plant.
  • Non-Refundable Plants: Plants that have been in your care for over 7 days or have been intentionally damaged (e.g., overwatering, underwatering, or neglect) are not eligible for return.
  1. Non-Plant Products

For non-plant items such as pots, soil, fertilizers, or tools:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • We will provide a full refund for items that are returned in resalable condition.
  1. Refunds and Exchanges
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Exchanges for plants or products are based on availability. If an item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
  1. Return Shipping Costs
  • For damaged plants or incorrect orders, we will cover return shipping costs.
  • For returns based on personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).
  1. Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the product description before making a purchase.

  1. Local Pickup Returns

If you purchased items for local pickup, we ask that you return them to our nursery within 7 days for plants or 30 days for non-plant products.
